Terms & Conditions – Atlas Prints

Welcome to Atlas Prints. By purchasing and downloading digital files from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Products

All items in our store are digital downloads only.

No physical items will be shipped.

Usage Rights

All files include personal use rights.

You may use the designs for personal projects such as crafts, gifts, and small handmade items.

Commercial use is NOT allowed unless a commercial license is purchased separately (if available).

Restrictions

You may not resell, share, distribute, or give away the digital files in any form.

You may not claim the designs as your own or use them as part of a digital product for resale.

You may not convert and resell the files in another format (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, etc.).

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered once files have been downloaded.

File Issues

If you experience any problem with your files (corrupted file, wrong format, missing file), please contact us. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Copyright

All designs are original creations of Atlas Prints and are protected by copyright laws.

By purchasing from Atlas Prints, you agree to follow all store terms and respect the artist’s work.

Terms of Service :
Refund Policy: We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your order within 3 hours of making payment via email or message to us, we will process a full refund immediately.
Return Policy :
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original packaging and unopened, as the buyer pays return shipping costs.
Delivery policy: We will ship your parcel within 2 working days of receiving the order and will update you with the tracking number within 48 hours. All parcels will be shipped with a speed pack and you will receive it within 18 working days.
